BUT take care there are a lot of linesĪre waiting for you. It is good to book online so you can save waiting in the tickets line. You can go a lower floor and you can enjoy walking on the glass if you dare looking downstairs :) There was a large screens that create nice scenes so we took more photos infront of it You will enjoy the panoramic view especially the lake side and watching the yachts and the planes taking off from the billy bishop airport.We took tons of amazing photos up there. While this seemed very pricey, in retrospect, it was well worth it for the memories.
For one adult and a child, it was $108 CDN. One drawback is the cost of the tickets to the Skypod. The next time we come to Toronto, I will almost definitely make reservations at the 360 degree rotating restaurant as it promises to be an unforgettable experience. That said, you can actually see how much the Tower is swaying by looking at a "plumb -bob" that hangs down in the Skypod and shows the building's movements in the wind (not more than 4 or 5 cms when we visited). So, a word of warning, the Skypod is not for the "faint of heart". It was quite windy during our visit so, at the Skypod level, you could actually feel the slight movement of the CN Tower. (Worth noting is that she was perfectly bilingual.) Our guide who took us up to the Skypod (Zaina) was especially welcoming and excited for us. The entire staff and especially the guides seem to understand how exciting this experience can be for first-time visitors. The whole CN Tower experience is one of cool, clean efficiency (even the washroom facilities were modern and spotless). I took my youngest son to the "Skypod" to experience the true magic of the CN Tower and we were not disappointed the views were spectacular and unforgettable.
